Requirements
You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all matters relating to maintenance & management of the Condo’s facilities on site. Attending to queries from owners & working closely with the council members.
-Degree/ Diploma in Property Management or equivalent -Min 2 years of Facility & Property Management experience -Knowledge in BMSM Act & other relevant regulations -Possess good interpersonal & supervisory skill -Only Singaporean & PR need apply
Key Responsibilities
-To be stationed on site to manage and maintain residential or commercial properties -Handling daily operations of the estate -To ensure compliance with the Building statutory requirements -Attending to queries from owners -Liaising with contractors for repair works
-Nitec in Building Services/ Diploma in Building & Management or equivalent certificates -Possess good interpersonal and initiative -Independent and able to work under pressure -Proficient in MS Office applications -Singaporean and PR only -Candidates with more experience will be considered for Condominium Manager position.
-Minimum LCCI Intermediate/ Higher Accounting -Minimum 2 years experience in the operations of full set of accounts -Knowledge in accounts for Management Corporation
-Minimum GCE "N"/ 4 "O" Levels -1 to 2 years experience preferred -Computer literate with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. -Pleasant personality and able to work independently -Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
-Minimum NTC 2/3 in electrical or equivalent -Min 2 years hands on experience in maintenance and electrical work -Possess good interpersonal, supervisory skill and initiative -Independent and able to work under pressure -Mature and outgoing -Only Singaporean and PR
